50 BUILDERS. ONE DAY, THREE TRACKS: RESILIENCE, SECURITY, AND PHYSICAL AI.
About the hackathon
Industrial AI for Resilience, Security, and Physical AI
The theme is Industrial AI for Resilience, Security, and Physical AI — focused on strengthening the operational backbone of Swedish and Nordic industry, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, defense-adjacent industries, and resource management.
You build on real challenges from Saab, Sigma Vertex, LKAB, Boliden, Zenseact, FT Technologies, NCC, Aixia, Ericsson, and Assa Abloy. Each partner company brings an arena: a real problem from their operations, a concrete build assignment, and a defined deliverable. Pick one and build a working prototype.
Strong submissions get pitched to the jury, with the chance to present to the partner companies' management teams.

Challenge tracks
Three tracks, nine arenas.
Every challenge follows the same structure. Each track has a shared theme. Within it, each partner company has an arena: a real problem from their operations, a concrete build assignment, and a defined deliverable. Pick one arena and build for it. Whatever you build in one arena will be instructive to every partner in that track.
